The company is located in an ecologically clean area, which has been known for its famous and delicious mineral water. 14 hectares of land surrounding the plant, 5 artesian wells, and 540k hectoliters of beer produced per month.
We not only export from a first class brewery, but we also strive to supply our clients with a varied portfolio of beverages that meets the taste requirements of individual consumers. Moscow Brewing Company launched its operations in September 2008. We are Russia’s most modern brewery, and also operate our own distribution and logistics center located 3 kilometers from Moscow's Ring Road (in Mytischi). The project was funded by Sberbank and Detroit Investments, with a total investment for Phase 1 of over $300 million US dollars. The brewery’s initial production capacity was 2.4 million hectoliters per annum, which will be expanded to 7 million hectoliters per annum in the coming years. Brand “Khamovniki" – is a legend of Russian brewing. This beer is loved by Muscovites for over 150 years. The history dates back to 1863 when a merchant of the second guild Vlas Yaroslavtsev was built the Khamovnichesky brewery. In 1909 the company received the official status of the supplier of Emperor yard with the rights to locates an image of the imperial coat of arms on the label. JSC "Moscow Brewing Company" has continued the tradition of Russian brewing and introduced several excellent varieties of the “Khamovniki" to the market.

    • Establishment of Moscow Brewing Company: Construction of the brewing plant begins in Mytischi, Moscow region.

      2006

    • Creation of the Import Beverages Division as a part of MBC. Inclusion into the import beer and beverages brand portfolio includes brands Perrier, Vittel, Pago juices, beer brands Budweiser Budvar, Erdinger Weissbier, Clausthaler, Harp, Bombardier and others.

      2007

    • Building completion and launch of the 1st phase of the brewing plant with scheduled capacity of 2.4 million hectoliters of beer per year. Start of license production of OeTTINGER, a leading German beer brand.

      2008

    • Production start of own brands Zhiguli Barnoye, Mospivo, Moskvas, and Czech beer Červena Selka. † Production start of Danish beer FAXE Premium. Production start of a French beverage Orangina and of a German energy drink effect®.

      2009

    • Project launch of juice based drinks Derevnya Antonovka and Mintberry. Launch of the 2nd phase of brewing production with scheduled capacity of 4 million hectoliters of beer per year. Production start of Japanese beer brand Kirin Ichiban. Zhiguli Barnoye receives a Gold Medal at the European Beer Star Contest.

      2011

    • Launch of logistics center . Nestle Pure Life water local production launch. Launch of own premium beer brand Hamovniki. Release of 1 litre Zhiguli Barnoye special edition cans in pin-up style with art by artist Valery Barykin. Zhiguli Barnoye awarded Gold Medal at tasting contest Monde Selection 2012. Moscow Brewery Company wins "The Company of Year — 2012" in the category "High Quality of Production".

    • License production of Bochkove beer from Persha Privatna Brovarnya, Ukraine. Launch of eco-friendly beer brand Losinyj Bereg. First production of Kvas Yakhont . 1st filling of Zhiguli Barnoye Barkhatnoye beer. Zhiguli Barnoye awarded Silver Medal at the tasting competition DLG (Deutsche Landwirtschafts-Gesellschaft — German Agricultural Society). Zhiguli Barnoye awarded a Silver Medal, Hamovniki Pilzenskoye and Hamovniki Myunkhenskoye awarded Bronze Medal at the International Beer Challenge 2013 in London. Launch of Carling beer in cooperation with Molson Coors Brewing Company, USA. Hamovniki brand receives a Bronze Medal at the worldwide competition exclusively devoted to packaging design Pentawards.

    • Hamovniki Pilzenskoye awarded Gold Medal and Zhiguli Barnoye awarded Silver Medal at the DLG, Germany; Hamovniki Pilzenskoye and Hamovniki Pshenitchnoe awarded Gold Medals at the Monde Selection. Hamovniki Myunkhenskoye, Hamovniki Stolovoye and Zhiguli Barnoye Barkhatnoye awarded Bronze Medals at the International Beer Challenge. Launch of Hamovnicheskoye and Trehgornoe beer. Production start of beer brands Old Master Dymnoye, Ale Mohnaty Shmel, Mospivo Slavianskoe. License production of Hollandia beer.

    • Production start of a Scottish beverage IRN-BRU. Ale Mohnaty Shmel awarded Gold Medals at the tasting competitions Monde Selection and International Brewing Awards . Trehgornoe beer awarded Silver Medal at the Monde Selection. Zhiguli Barnoye wins ABSOLUTE BRAND 2015 award. Launch of Kruzhka beer. 1st filling Beliy Ale Mohnaty Shmel beer.
